FMI Centre is the first international standard office tower in Yangon. The 11-storey building is located in the heart of Yangon’s central business district. Tenants include multinational and local corporations as well as the head offices of the SPA Group. The building’s retail podium is also home to the first Parkson Department Store in Myanmar.
FMI City was the country’s first master-planned gated community. Situated on 465 acres, nine miles from downtown Yangon and just two miles from Yangon International Airport, the community comprises of over 2,000 properties that house more than 7,000 residents. The estate boasts its own sports and recreation centre, supermarket and food complex and a dedicated bus terminal. Within the estate, two premium residential developments, Orchid Gardens and Fontana Gardens, make up the final phase of development and are close to being fully sold.
Pun Hlaing Golf Estate
Situated eight miles west of Yangon, Pun Hlaing Golf Estate is the Group’s flagship residential project. The luxury development set a new benchmark for Myanmar when it opened in 2001 and continues to be recognized as the country’s most prestigious residential development. Set on 650 acres of lush landscaped grounds, the estate offers villas, townhouses and condominiums for up to 800 families as well as an 18-hole championship golf course designed by Gary Player, a full service country club, an international school campus and the Pun Hlaing International Hospital.
Thanylin Star City
Thanylin Star City is the Group’s latest landmark project. Located on 135 acres in southeast Yangon, this ambitious new urban community will ultimately have 9,000 high quality, yet affordable, residential units and 1.7 million square feet of commercial and retail facilities, a riverside promenade, ferry terminal and comprehensive sporting facilities adjoined to the 9-hole Pun Hlaing Links Golf Course.

Pun Hlaing Links Services Co., Ltd. is responsible for the development of Pun Hlaing Links course in Thanlyin’s Star City. Once completed, the course will add yet another facility to the exciting Star City project, one of Myanmar’s most professional housing developments.
Construction of the course is ongoing and nine holes will initially be in play. Once the course officially opens to the public, a full range of services from caddying to food and beverage, will also be offered.
Yoma Strategic Holdings Ltd (“YSH”), First Myanmar Investment Co., Ltd (“FMI”), Meeyahta International Hotel Limited (“MIHL” or “the Company”) and Serge Pun & Associates (Myanmar) Limited (“SPA”) (Yoma, FMI, MIHL and SPA together, “the Group”) to develop and operate a mixed-use complex on a 10-acre site surrounding the 136 year-old building of the former headquarters of the British Burma Railway Company (the “BBR Building”) in downtown Yangon, Myanmar. The “Project” consists of the development of two office towers, a business hotel and a serviced apartment building, a branded residential building, a retail podium, car park, public spaces and underlying infrastructure, as well as the demolition of the Grand Mee Ya Hta Executive Residences (“GMER”) building and the FMI Centre building currently on the Project site. The redevelopment of the BBR Building will be undertaken separately to house a Peninsula branded hotel and is not part of the Project.
